PURVIEW

Documents an operational UPI deployment of AI-powered customer support through MyUPI/UPI HELP 2.0, including transaction-status assistance, complaints, mandates and related payment-support functions. It therefore provides a practical example of AI governance issues such as controlled access, data minimisation, user authentication, context boundaries, escalation and secure handling of transaction information. It is useful for studying how AI should be constrained when integrated into critical payment infrastructure rather than deployed as an ordinary consumer chatbot.
