PrivacyLawHub is a free resource for anyone researching or working with privacy, data protection and AI regulation. It brings together the bare Acts, policy drafts, compliance materials, certification practice tests and a plain-English assistant, Privacy GPT, in a single, openly accessible place. The aim is straightforward. This area of law is spread across lengthy official documents, paywalled templates and dense commentary, and the site gathers the essentials into one library that is free to read and download, with no registration required.
The site is built and maintained by Shubhank Suman, a lawyer and legal technology developer working in data protection, AI regulation, intellectual property and technology law. A graduate of the National Law University Odisha (NLUO), he holds the CIPP/E, CIPM and AIGP certifications from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP), and has independently built more than five legal technology applications, including Privacy GPT, designed to make legal resources easier to reach. PrivacyLawHub is an independent project, created to keep quality resources open and freely accessible to a wider audience.
Disclaimer
PrivacyLawHub is intended as a platform for deliberation and discussion on data protection and AI regulation. These fields are evolving continuously, and the gaps in them are best addressed through ongoing input from practitioners, regulators and the wider community. The material here is brief guidance and a collection of resources gathered in one place. PrivacyLawHub publishes research and educational material only. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and reading or downloading anything here does not create a lawyer and client relationship.
A note on access
Good privacy resources should be easy to find and free to use. PrivacyLawHub exists to keep them that way, for every lawyer, compliance professional, student and organisation navigating data protection and AI law.
