The Digital Personal Data Protection Rules, 2025
Notified by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology vide G.S.R. 846(E) dated 13 November 2025, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 40 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
