Vietnam Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15

Law 91/2025/QH15 governs personal-data rights, processing, impact assessments, transfers, incidents and sectoral safeguards, expressly including AI, big data, location and biometrics. Article 38 sets 1 January 2026 entry into force; limited small-business exceptions do not exempt the whole law.
