Sri Lanka Personal Data Protection (Amendment) Act, No. 22 of 2025
Act 22/2025 amends Act 9/2022, replacing its commencement schedule and cross-border data-flow provision and changing rights, assessments, officers and delegated powers. It is a companion amendment, not a duplicate or consolidated replacement Act; relevant Gazette orders remain necessary.
