Royal Decree 6/2022 promulgates Oman’s personal-data law, covering consent, sensitive-data permits, children, rights, security, breaches, officers and transfers. The decree repeals Chapter Seven of the Electronic Transactions Law, not that whole law; executive regulations supply operational details.
