Armenia's Law on Protection of Personal Data, adopted on 18 May 2015, regulates the procedure and conditions for processing personal data by public bodies, organisations and natural persons, the rights of data subjects, transfers to third parties and abroad, and state control by the authorised body for the protection of personal data.
